Terms and conditions

1. Who we are

Steplane is run by MB Karališkės, company code 303126854, VAT number LT100013633115, Savanorių pr. 6-116, 03116 Vilnius, Lithuania. Contact: hello@getsteplane.com. These terms apply when you use getsteplane.com and when you buy from us.

2. The free check

The check on the site is free. It draws a process and shows money estimates from your own answers. The figures are estimates, not your accounts, and they are not financial, legal or tax advice. Please check them against your own numbers before you act on them.

3. What you buy

The quote-to-invoice kit is a digital download: editable Word and Excel templates and a process and rollout plan, in a European or US version. It is not software, a subscription or a consulting service.

For ISO 9001, AEO and customer audits, the kit gives you a documented starting structure. You still need to follow it and keep the records, and the certification body or customs authority makes the final assessment. We do not promise any certification result.

4. Prices and payment

• The kit costs €49, including VAT where it applies. Business customers with a valid EU VAT number can ask for an invoice with their company details.
• Visitors who see prices in US dollars ($49) are charged by card in euros (about €42). Your bank converts the amount and may add its own fee.
• Payments are handled by Montonio: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank link. We never see your card or bank login details.
• Invoices are available on request at hello@getsteplane.com.

5. Delivery

As soon as your payment is confirmed, you get a download link on screen and by email. The link works for 30 days. If it expires or the email does not arrive, write to us with your order number and we will send a new one.

6. Your right to cancel (EU consumers)

If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content supplied straight away, this right ends once supply starts, if you have agreed to that. At checkout you ask us to make the kit available immediately and confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download is available (Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, Article 6.228¹⁰; Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)).

8. How you may use the kit

• You may use and edit the files freely inside your own company, for all your staff, as often as you like.
• You may share the filled-in documents (quotes, logs, procedures) with your customers, carriers and auditors.
• You may not resell, publish or give away the templates as templates, or include them in a product or service you sell.

9. Site assistant

The chat on the site is an automated assistant, not a person. Its answers can be incomplete or wrong. Only these terms and the order details on the checkout page bind us. Questions the assistant cannot answer are emailed to our team, who reply within one working day.

10. Liability

We prepare the kit with care, but you decide how to use it in your business. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid, and we are not liable for indirect loss such as lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

11. Complaints and disputes

Write to hello@getsteplane.com first. We reply within 14 days. If you are a consumer and we cannot agree, you can contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, vvtat.lt). The EU online dispute resolution platform was closed on 20 July 2025, so it is no longer available.

12. Law

Lithuanian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can use the courts there.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
