Every pallet received, found and billed.
Updated 20 October 2026 · Steplane is built by Paul, a logistics process specialist with over 13 years in logistics, including at some of the biggest freight forwarders in the world.
The warehouse operations kit covers the ten steps from the inbound booking to the storage invoice. It includes a goods receipt note, a discrepancy and damage report, a stock register that bills storage per pallet-day, a pick and dispatch checklist and a cycle count sheet. It works for goods that arrive and leave by road, container, air and rail. €49 (about $55).
EU and US versions. Download right away after payment. Or get any 3 kits for €99 (about $110) or all 10 for €249 (about $280).

Forwarders, transport companies and warehouses that store customer goods, cross-dock or consolidate cargo, and want every pallet traced, every difference reported and every storage day billed.
Small and medium freight forwarding, transport and logistics companies in Europe and the US, working by road, air, ocean or rail. It works whether your processes are written down today or not.
In pallet-days: one pallet in stock for one day. You set, per customer, the rate per pallet per day, handling in and out, any minimum monthly charge and the tax rate, and whether the day in and the day out are counted. The billing sheet adds it all up for the month.
Yes. The goods receipt note and the pick and dispatch checklist have checks for each mode: container and seal numbers, photos at door opening, piece counts against the air waybill, rail unit numbers and labels by mode.
You can use it for the stock records, but add the conditions of your customs authorisation. Dangerous goods, food, medicines and temperature-controlled goods also have their own storage rules.
Everyone in your own company: all staff and all branches, as often as you like. You can share the filled-in documents with customers, carriers and auditors. You cannot resell or give away the templates themselves.
